setting RECT color

I have a RECT on my view. How do I set the RECT color to 184,184,184? I've tried DRAW SET, but that usually just changes global colors (BG, HighColor, LowColor). Do I use FillorStroke and what would that look like? There's no example on Besly. Thanks
